Isareli Traceurs practicing the sport of Parkour.

The main purpose of the French originated sport of Parkour is to move through the environment by rolling, running, climbing and jumping in the fastest and most graceful way possible. Jerrry, Yan and Ido are three young Israeli Traceurs (Parkour athlets) who started their training when they were just 13 years old. They are always searching for the perfect spot that will give them freedom, safety and creativity. The Parkour community is connected internationally through forums on the web, where everyone helps one another with tips and new ideas. “Through Parkour you learn about your body, mind and soul. You realize you can overcome any kind of obstacle”. Parkour it is more than just a sport it is a way of life.
